This company has really lived up to their name "top-notch". I called them for an emergency repair to a broken irrigation water line that ran under our concrete patio slab. They came out the next day with a crew of about eight guys and trenched a new waterline through the yard around the broken pipe, that was about 200 feet long, They essentially completed the whole project in one day.
After about a month, a pressure regulator that they installed began leaking. I called them and they came out the same day to check it out. Two days later they were back with a new and larger regulator and replaced the faulty unit. I could not imagine better warranty service. Highly recommended.

Our sprinkler system had a continuous leak and I could not address the issue via the tutorials on YouTube. We contacted Top Notch through their website. They responded within 20 mins and were at our house about 2 hours later. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable quote. The team was at our house the next day first thing and the issue was resolved within a few hours. The source was replaced in full, which blew my mind, with the amount of work involved compared to their quote. Top Notch found additional leaks and repaired them without additional cost to us. I met with Michael at my house in order to go over all of the issues that I had with my sprinkler system. It was an older home and the system had not been used for about a 3-4 year period. He was very confident that his team could fix all of the issues. The group of guys that arrived at my house a few days later were extremely professional, polite and did an outstanding job! They installed a new smart sprinkler controller in my garage and made sure that all 12 watering zones were set up correctly. They also changed out a few valves and rotors as well as some sprinklers. The project took two consecutive days to complete and before the last guy left my house he made sure that I understood how to operate the controller and also showed me that everything was watering properly. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and very impressed with the guys on the team. I will be calling up Top Notch as soon as I want to tackle the landscape lighting. I had a great experience with Top Notch Co Lighting Irrigation. They did an excellent and thorough job with repair, and service of my irrigation system.
I got home from a trip after 4 pm on a Saturday and I saw a note from my neighbor saying he shut off the water valve because the sprinklers did not turn off. I called Top Notch Co Lighting &Irrigation in desperation because I needed water in the house, Mike came right away and fixed the problem. He is knowledgeable, courteous and a great guy. Top notch is fantastic! Mike came over the same day I called to give us an estimate, and the crew began work the next morning. We had several problems with our drip irrigation system (leak, faulty valve) and they fixed it like new. They also expanded it to cover more of the yard. I had a problem with my sprinkler panel, I left messages with 3 companies. Only Top Notch replied, came out same day and replaced everything 2 days later. I mentioned my backyard lights were not working. They came back and found a wire was cut, replaced and fixed everything. I highly recommend Top Notch, prompt, great work and wonderful staff.

Top notch service, they stand by their name! after contacting three sprinkler companies, and two of them, never following up with quotes, I was beyond delighted to not only have Mike show up at the time scheduled, but provide me a quote instantly. My 23-year-old back yard was badly in need of repairs and sprucing up. Mike at Top Notch was very helpful with good ideas for design solutions. His team replaced sprinklers and drains which had been infiltrated by tree roots. They replaced a sinking and cracking section of brick flooring outside my back door with fresh concrete. They replaced a section of lawn with gravel and raised beds for a vegetable garden, planted new shrubs, vines, flowers, and ground cover, strung up wires for the vines along my perimeter block walls, and added some lovely lighting for evenings in the garden. They even took it upon themselves to repaint the sad looking sides of the island around my built-in barbecue. The guys were friendly and polite and got the job done in record time and for a reasonable price and a two-year guarantee. I’m very pleased.
True to its name, this company is truly “top notch”. Michael G and his technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They really know what they are doing. Excellent workmanship. We had them repair a paving job done wrong by a previous builder. We also had them update our irrigation system and fix the leak in our shade structure. They also installed step lights and landscape lights for the front of the house. This is the second time we have employed this company. If we have any future building needs we will call Michael at Top Notch.

It started with Rosa who responded within 3 hours of my online request to schedule an onsite visit and quote (very friendly on the phone as well). Then Michael arrived as planned the next morning to confidently assess the tune-up needed on my sprinkler system and noticed a few lights needing attention in my concrete steps. He provided an accurate and fair quote for the work to be completed and then started the very next day. Carlos also patiently worked through the challenges of an aged wiring issue on my landscape lights and did a great job to get them working again. For sure Top Notch work from the team at Top Notch. Michael and his crew did an awesome job installing my sprinklers for both the front and backyard, as well as sod in the backyard. The price was awesome as I had shopped around and some places wanted to charge me double the price for sprinklers just for my front yard.
