I had a large project that was delayed for vaious reasons. Mike created a plan that included lighting and irrigation that had to wait 7 months to start. When the work started, he was communicative and professional. He gave plenty of options that modernized the work more than expected. The lighting, the underground drip irrigation, and the grass looked great. He spent time teaching all the WiFi connectivity and made extra trips to the job site to be sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Mike and his very prompt and professional crew. A++

Mike came by and was friendly, experienced and reasonable, offering suggestions like repairing fixtures when he just as easily could have replaced them for more. I had some wiring work that was not straightforward that involved burying conduit as well as hiding it underneath grout across some hardscape and they did a great job where you can't even tell it's there. His team also replaced a fountain pump for me and noticed a crack so took their time disassembling and repairing it. Thanks Mike!
Mike from Top Notch stopped by on a Thursday morning. I showed him the 3 sprinkler lines that were broken. He contacted me on Friday and said his crew will be able to fix the broken lines on Saturday. They did a great job. Once the broken lines were repaired, they checked each sprinkler head and made sure they were working properly. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Mike and Rose kept in touch with me via text and email during the entire process. The cost of the repairs was reasonable. I would highly recommend Top Notch.

I had this business install new sprinkler valves (front and rear yards) last year. They were fast and clean. I recently had an issue when my gardener shut off my valves improperly causing issues. The crew came out today and fixed the issue in a timely manner and even replaced a sprinkler head that was leaking. They did a great job and cleaned up accordingly. Great business to deal with!

This company has really lived up to their name "top-notch". I called them for an emergency repair to a broken irrigation water line that ran under our concrete patio slab. They came out the next day with a crew of about eight guys and trenched a new waterline through the yard around the broken pipe, that was about 200 feet long, They essentially completed the whole project in one day.
After about a month, a pressure regulator that they installed began leaking. I called them and they came out the same day to check it out. Two days later they were back with a new and larger regulator and replaced the faulty unit. I could not imagine better warranty service. Highly recommended.

Our sprinkler system had a continuous leak and I could not address the issue via the tutorials on YouTube. We contacted Top Notch through their website. They responded within 20 mins and were at our house about 2 hours later. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable quote. I met with Michael at my house in order to go over all of the issues that I had with my sprinkler system. It was an older home and the system had not been used for about a 3-4 year period. He was very confident that his team could fix all of the issues. The group of guys that arrived at my house a few days later were extremely professional, polite and did an outstanding job! They installed a new smart sprinkler controller in my garage and made sure that all 12 watering zones were set up correctly. They also changed out a few valves and rotors as well as some sprinklers. The project took two consecutive days to complete and before the last guy left my house he made sure that I understood how to operate the controller and also showed me that everything was watering properly. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and very impressed with the guys on the team. I will be calling up Top Notch as soon as I want to tackle the landscape lighting.
